Payment policy

Our payment policy is to request cash payment on receipt of goods. Company cheques will be honoured if prior writen approval is received from our finance department. We regret that personal cheques are not accepted.

Our credit policy is to only approve reasonable terms for payment of goods based on an examination of the credit application form (request a form here) which is required to be submitted prior to any credit facilities being granted to you. Please note that there are several criteria which our finance department uses to determine the amount (if any) of credit granted. Filling out an application form is not a guarantee that credit will be granted.
